We know that each and every couple is unique and have their own ideas so we offer two flexible packages to suit everyone. Whether you require just a little bit of direction, or would prefer someone by your side the entire time, Perfectly Planned Weddings of Durham can help!

Wedding Day Coordination
Wedding Day Coordination is a great idea for the couple that has already planned out their entire wedding but decides that they need some last minute help!
The Wedding Day Coordinator will take all the pieces that the couple have planned out and put them all together. The Coordinator will direct the events of the day, be the contact who links all the vendors, make sure each of the vendors does their job, someone who can make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time, a helping hand to the wedding party and even the guests and so much more. If an emergency should happen, the coordinator wil take care of it.
With a Wedding Day Coordinator on hand, you can sit back and enjoy the day, just the way you are supposed to!
Wedding Day Coordiantion Package Includes:
A meeting with the clients prior to the Wedding Day
Coordinator at the Rehearsal
Coordinator at the Ceremony, Photo Shoot and Reception
Wedding Day-only Coordination Fees: - $ 500

Full Wedding Coordination

Full Wedding Coordination is a great service to help out the couple that just do not know where to start. With today's busy lifestlyes, some couples find it extremely difficult to find time for the meetings and planning that a wedding demands. Here's where a Full-Wedding Coordinator can step-in.

Full Wedding Coordination Package includes:

Budget management
Vendor meetings/ negotiation/contract reviews/follow-ups and confirmations
Schedule Management
Travel Arrangement negotiations
Wedding Day on-site supervision of set-up, ceremony, photo-session and reception
Any other topic of interest or concern to the couple

Full Wedding Coordination Fees: 10% of the total Wedding Cost (minimum of $1,500)
Example: If the total cost of your Wedding is: $15,000, our fee would be $1,500
